Why Crossfit?
Initially just to keep fit and function better in life. Now it is still that but I enjoy the community and the comradery. I am also much more into the science behind crossfit and using that to improve the way we move.
Best thing about Crossfit 2340?
The vibe, it is all about positivity and hanging out with new and old friends. You always leave feeling tired but happy.

Favourite Movement and Workout
I love anything that involves getting under heavy weights, squat, deadlift, bench.

Be a good example to my kids and laugh lots

As a coach I love to help the members find a way, I love trying to find that little thing that unlocks an improvement for someone in the community.
