Kim our kids crossfit trainer, has been coaching the Crossfit kids program for 2yrs. She believes in teaching our kids from a young age that exercise is fun and has so many benefits. They will learn functional movements and get a good workout.
Our Kids Classes are provided in the following age groups:
CUBS: Age 3-5yrs (30mins)
PANTHERS: Age 6-10yrs (45mins)
TIGERS: Age 11-17yrs (60mins)
What are the benefits for children and young adults?
CrossFit makes young individuals more confident, by encouraging them to try new things, take more risks and believe in their potential.

Exercise isn’t just good for a child’s body – it can be great for their mind too. Multiple studies have found that those who are active perform better in the classroom and in exams, due to improved concentration and better cognitive functions.
