Why CrossFit?
I love the variety in what we do every day, and that there are such a wide range of movements and skills to work on. I like that there is no substitute to hard work when it comes to improving. I played a lot of sport growing up and have found CrossFit a great way to keep me fit, strong and healthy as an adult.
Why CrossFit?
Definitely the community. The 2340 members will cheer you on whether you are first or last, and it is such a supportive and friendly environment to train in.

- Crossfit Level 1 trainer
- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics
WHAT DO YOU DO OTHER THAN CROSSFIT?
I work as a dietitian, and in my spare time I love hiking, rock climbing and hanging out with my border collie.
FAVOURITE MOVE & WORKOUT?
I love a good burpee in any form. Burpees over bar, burpee box jump overs, burpee pull ups – you name it.
I also love longer chippers with a mix of gymnastics, cardio and weights based movements.
COACHING/LIFE GOALS
I love supporting athletes to reach their goals – whether that’s learning a new movement, getting stronger or pushing their limits in a workout. I aim to continue to work on my coaching skills so I can best support members to hit their goals.
FAVOURITE FOOD?
I don’t know if I could choose! Probably coffee (if that counts as a food) or dumplings
